We deliver during specified days between the hours of 9 AM and 4 PM. If recipient is unavailable, we will place flower in a protected space and notify you. We cannot be held responsible for the theft or damage to products not accepted by recipient upon delivery.


We strive to provide fresh cut flowers that have been cared for meticulously and delivered beautifully. If you feel you have received an inferior product, please contact us to give us a chance to make it right within 24 hours. Please include pictures of your product. No refunds or returns will be processed after 24 hours and we will not be held responsible for products that are not properly cared for after delivery.


All website content including, but not limited to, text, wording, photographs, illustrations, logos, digital downloads, and site design is protected under United States law and other governing bodies.
