Where do you deliver?

We deliver to the immediate Tri-Cities area at this time. Please contact us to arrange for farm pickup by appointment if you fall outside of our delivery zone.

When do you deliver?

We deliver primarily on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 AM-4PM. As a very small team running a farm and providing floral services, we have limited the days we can deliver. More delivery days and a shorter lead time may open up in the near future as we continue to grow. However, we understand that life events warranting beautiful florals happen outside of our narrow window of delivery time, so please don’t hesitate to reach out to see if we are able to accommodate your request via delivery or farm pickup.

Can I request a certain delivery date?

Yes, you can choose from a selection of delivery dates through the order process. If you are looking for a date outside of that window, please see above or contact us directly here.

I am looking for florals for a shower or event, but don’t see that in the shop. Do you do that?

Yes! We would love to help make your event special. We take on parties, private workshops, as well as a small number of weddings. Contact us directly to share your ideas with us!

Can I select the flowers for my order?

We strive to pick the freshest seasonal flowers available to us each week. It is hard to predict which flowers will be available at any given time, therefore we reserve the right to make the best choice we can (we promise it will be a good one!). However, we do work to select specific florals and colors when partnering with you to plan events and parties as much as possible.

I’m giving flowers as a gift, how will I know they were delivered?

At the end of our delivery route, we will contact you via text or email to notify you of delivery.

Can I choose what time of day my flowers will be delivered?

We carefully put together a delivery route based on efficiency, so we are unable to accommodate specific times within the delivery window. Delivery will occur between the hours of 9 AM and 4 PM. However, please indicate any big concerns about delivery time in the notes section during checkout or via our contact form here. If recipient is unavailable, we will place flowers in a protected space and notify you. We cannot be held responsible for the theft of or damage to products not accepted by recipient.

How will my flowers arrive?

Vase arrangements will arrive in a glass or ceramic vase, finished with a card of your choosing. Wrapped bouquets will be protected with a temporary water source, tied with twine, wrapped in recycled paper and finished with a card of your choosing. Floral care instructions can be found below, and will be included with each order.

How do I care for my flowers?

1. Keep away from harsh, direct sunlight, as well as heat and a/c sources

2. Change water as often as possible, at least every other day to ward off bacteria

3. Cut stems about 1/2″ at a 45 degree angle every time you change the water to allow for maximum uptake.

4. Remove spent blooms from arrangement as needed.

Can I personalize the note with my order?

Yes! A handwritten message can be added to all card designs. Please indicate your message in the order notes during checkout.

How do I give a gift subscription?

Our subscriptions make great gifts for the flower lovers in your life! Let us know you are gifting the subscription in the notes section while checking out. We will send you a print out with detail instructions that can be printed or forwarded to the lucky recipient. Once received, they can contact us to set up delivery options, as indicated in instructions.

Can I sign up for a subscription for my business?

We’d love to brighten up your front desk or lobby with fragrant blooms! Please indicate business hours in the notes section during checkout so we can be sure to deliver on time.

Can my delivery be a surprise?

Of course! We never share information or receipts with recipients, only those who purchase. Your secret is definitely safe with us.

Do you offer returns?

We strive to provide fresh cut flowers that have been cared for meticulously and delivered beautifully. If you feel you have received an inferior product, please contact us to give us a chance to make it right.
